BEING GREEN AT CORPUS CHRISTI |
 Have you noticed the new dumpster between the school and gym? Yes, Corpus is trying to do their part in helping the environment with a recyclying program. The classes gather recyclable materials that would otherwise be thrown away during the week and our wonderful 5th graders dump them in the recycle dumpsters. Do you need a place to put your recyclable items? Feel free to dump them in the recycle dumpster. Click here for recycle guidelines.
The Green Team would like to begin creating classroom sets of school supplies that can be reused each year. At the end of this school year we will collect school supplies from current Corpus students. (rulers,scissors,protractors,paints etc.) This will not affect the school supply list for 2010-2011 however we hope in the future to reduce our supply lists. If you would not be interested in donating supplies please let your teacher know. |

Simple Ways to Help

~Please collect Box Tops and Hy-Vee receipts. They can be turned in to the collection plate at Mass or at school.

~Office Depot also donates towards our school. At check out mention Corpus Christi and they will take care of everything. NO CARD needed, does not matter how often or how much you spend, they give back!

~If you have the Target Card you can specify Corpus Christi as your school of choice. A percentage will donated to Corpus. It's that easy!
